General Policies
Most items are shipped within 2 business days from the time your order is received. Items will be shipped UPS Ground unless other shipping method is requested. We offer UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, or Next Day Air.
Shipping Policies
To calculate Shipping Charges, add an item to your shopping cart and enter your shipping address zip code to see the available shipping methods and charges for your order.

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

Return Policies
All returns are subject to a15% restocking fee, and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns on all items will be accepted for 30 days. Items returned must be in new condition and in original packaging to receive credit.
• Refused orders are assessed a minimum of 20% restocking fee plus all shipping charges.
• Warantee Returns must accompany a copy of the original receipt and will be repaired or replaced as per unit.
